A message from the founder

"I created TELEMAH because I understand the struggle of finding your voice in a world that often silences it. Growing up in Cameroon, I witnessed immense potential hindered by limited opportunities. Later, working with youth in the U.S., I saw similar challenges: self-doubt and a longing to be seen and heard. This shared experience, coupled with my conviction that leadership begins in childhood, inspired TELEMAH, meaning “Stand Up!” in Lingala."

TELEMAH is my life’s calling—a non-profit dedicated to empowering young people to build confidence, discover their identity, and lead with kindness, courage, and purpose. From African schools to small American cities, TELEMAH is fostering a ripple effect, cultivating leaders who will shape the future with integrity and compassion.
